Educational Qualification:
1. Medical Superintendent – For Deputation:
i. Degree in Ayurveda recognized under Schedule II of CCIM Act, 1970 / NCISM Act 2020
ii. MD/MS (Ay.) recognized by CCIM/NCISM under Schedule-II of CCIM Act, 1970 / NCISM Act 2020 or Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration from a recognized Institution/University or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto,
iii. PhD in the concerned subject, and iv. Fourteen years teaching and/or research experience out of which at least 7 years should be in the administration of a minimum 200-bedded hospital after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D./M.S. or qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
2. Scientist-D (Integrated Translational Research) – For direct recruitment:
i. First class Master’s degree in Life Sciences/Biotechnology/ Biomedical Sciences from a recognized university with 8 years R&D/teaching experience in the relevant subject in recognized Government/Public Sector institutions after 1st Class Master’s Degree. OR Second class Master’s degree + PhD degree in Life Sciences/ Biotechnology/ Biomedical Sciences from a recognized university with 8 years R&D/teaching experience in the relevant subject in recognized Government/Public Sector institutions after PhD.
ii. Out of above, 3 years of relevant work experience in the field of Biomedical Health Research Ethics related areas
iii. Minimum 5 published research papers at least in UGC CARE listed journals excluding PG and PhD work
3. Scientist-C (Integrated Translational Research) – For direct recruitment:
i. First class Master’s degree in Life Sciences/Biotechnology/ Biomedical Sciences from a recognized university with 4 years R&D/teaching experience in the relevant subject in recognized Government/Public Sector institutions after 1st Class Master’s Degree. OR Second class Master’s degree + PhD degree in Life Sciences/ Biotechnology/ Biomedical Sciences from a recognized university with 4 years R&D/teaching experience in the relevant subject in recognized Government/Public Sector institutions after PhD.
ii. Out of above, 3 years of relevant work experience in the field of Biomedical Health Research Ethics related areas
iii. Minimum 3 published research papers at least in UGC CARE listed journals excluding PG and PhD work
4. Jr. Staff Surgeon (Dental) – For direct recruitment:
i. A recognized Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree qualification included in Part-I or Part-II of the Schedule to the Dentists Act, 1948 (16 of 1948).
ii. Should be registered with any State Dental Council or Tribunal in India
iii. 8 years relevant experience in any Central/State Government/ Autonomous Institutions/PSU.
5. Staff Surgeon (Dental) – For direct recruitment:
i. A recognized Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree qualification included in Part-I or Part-II of the Schedule to the Dentists Act, 1948 (16 of 1948).
ii. Should be registered with any State Dental Council or Tribunal in India
iii. Four years relevant experience in any Central/State Government/Autonomous Institutions/PSU.
6. Medical Officer (Casualty) – For direct recruitment:
i. MBBS Degree recognized under IMC Act, 1956
7. Staff Nurse – For direct recruitment:
i. BSc (Hons) in Nursing / Regular Course in BSc Nursing (4-year course) / BSc Nursing Ayurveda (4-year course) from a recognized Institute/University/Post-basic BSc Nursing (2- year course) from a recognized Institute / University.
ii. Should be registered as Registered Nurse & Registered Midwife in State Nursing Council. iii. For BSc Nursing (Ayurveda), candidate should be registered in State Ayurveda Nursing Council/Board/University OR i. Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery from a recognized Board or Council ii. Should be registered as Registered Nurse & Registered Midwife from State Nursing Council
iii. Two Years’ experience in minimum 100 bedded hospitals after acquiring educational qualification mentioned at
(i) OR i. Regular Course in Diploma in Ayurveda Nursing & Pharmacy (2.5-year course)
ii. Should be registered in State Ayurveda Nursing Council/Board/ University
iii. Two Years’ experience in minimum 100 bedded hospitals after acquiring educational qualification mentioned at (i).
8. CSSD Assistant – For direct recruitment:
B. Sc. (Microbiology or Medical Technology) with 3 years’ experience in CSSD in a 100 bedded Hospital OR Staff Nurse (A Grade Registration) with two years’ experience in CSSD in a 100 bedded Hospital OR Theatre Assistant Course with four years’ experience in CSSD in a 100 bedded Hospital
9. Sanitary Inspector – For direct recruitment:
i. Pass in Class 12 + Health Sanitary Inspector course (1-year duration) from recognized university/institution
ii. Not less than 4 years of relevant experience in a 100-bedded hospital
10. Sr. Yoga Instructor – For direct recruitment:
i. A master degree in Yoga from a recognized University or institution of repute. OR Any graduate from a recognized University with diploma in Yoga of at least One-year duration and master in Yoga education/ Yoga studies/ Yoga science of at least two-year duration.
ii. Five years working experience in Government or Govt. aided/ autonomous/ reputed institution as Yoga instructor/Yoga Teacher.
iii. Practical ability to perform Yoga practices.
11. Junior Medical Record Officer – For direct recruitment:
i. B.Sc. (Medical Records) OR 10+2 (Science) from a recognized board with at least 6-month Diploma/Certificate course in Medical Record Keeping from a recognized institute / University and 3 years’ experience in Medical Record Keeping in 100-bedded Hospital.
ii. Hands on experience in office applications, spread sheets and presentations. Typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi
12. Sr. Pharmacist – For Deputation:
Persons working in analogous posts OR 6 years of regular service as Pharmacist in Level-S of the Pay Matrix in any Central/ State Government Institutions/ PSU
13. CSSD Supervisor – For Deputation:
Persons working in analogous posts OR 6 years of regular service in Level-5 OR 10 years of regular service in Level-4 of the Pay Matrix in any Central/ State Government Institutions/ PSU with qualification and experience as under: B. Sc. 32. Radiology Assistant – For direct recruitment:
i. 10+2 or equivalent qualification from recognized board with science subjects.
ii. Regular diploma in radiography from recognized institute
iii. 2 Year experience in any reputed hospital
33. Anesthesiology Assistant – For direct recruitment:
B.Sc. in OT techniques or equivalent from a recognized university with 1-year experience in concerned field in a recognized health facility. OR 10+2 with science with Diploma in OT techniques or equivalent with 3 years’ experience in concerned field in a recognized health facility.
34. Ophthalmic Technician – For direct recruitment:
i. 10+2 with science subjects or equivalent from a recognized Board/Institution.
ii. Diploma in Ophthalmic Techniques or equivalent from a recognized Institution/Hospital.
iii. One-year experience as Ophthalmic Technician in a recognized Institute/Hospital
35. Sonography Assistant – For direct recruitment:
i. 10+2 or equivalent in science from any recognized Board.
ii. Full time Diploma in the Ultra-sonography from recognized institute (minimum one-year duration)
iii. 2 years’ experience in the relevant filed.
36. Panchakarma Therapist – For direct recruitment:
i. Diploma or Certificate course in Panchakarma of minimum one-year duration from recognized institution
ii. One-year experience in a recognized Ayurvedic Hospital/ Institution.
37. Lab Attendant – For direct recruitment:
Two years regular Diploma in Medical Lab Technology/12th Science with Biology as one of the subjects from recognized Institute/University
38. Pharmacist – For direct recruitment:
B. Pharma (AY) from recognized institution/University OR Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy (not less than 2-year duration) with 2-year professional experience in an institution/ at least 100 bedded hospital preferably Ayurvedic Hospital.
39. Panchakarma Technician – For direct recruitment:
i. Diploma or Certificate course in Panchakarma of minimum one-year duration from recognized institution
ii. Five years’ experience in a recognized Ayurvedic Hospital/ Institution.
40. Principal Private Secretary – For Deputation:
Officers of Central/State Government or Central/State Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts or with at least 9 years of regular service in the post in Level-7 of the Pay Matrix or 12 years in Level-6 of the Pay Matrix or higher. (Period of deputation shall ordinarily not exceed 3 years)
41. Finance Advisor – For Deputation:
Officers of the Central/state govt./Deptt. / PSU/ Autonomous organizations, possessing following experience and qualification: i. holding analogous post OR 5 years regular service in Level-11 of the Pay Matrix or 10 years regular service in Level-10 of the Pay Matrix ii. M.Com/MBA (Finance) from a recognized university or CA or ICWA or Subordinate Audit / Accounts Service Examination passed from CAG
42. Computer Programmer – For Deputation:
Officers from Ministries/ Departments of Government of India/State Government/ Union Territories / Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies i. Holding analogous post OR 5 years regular service in Level-10 of the Pay Matrix OR 8 years regular service in Level-8 of the Pay Matrix ii. BE/ B.Tech /MCA/BSc with Diploma in Computer Application + 5 years’ experience in IT systems/ Networking/ Hardware configuration/ Software Programming
43. Store Officer – For Deputation:
Officials working in analogous post OR 8 years’ experience in Level-6 of the Pay Matrix in central/state Govt./Autonomous institutions with experience in administration/purchase/procurement as store keeper respectively.
44. Private Secretary – For Deputation:
Officers in Central/State Govt./ Universities/ Autonomous Bodies: i. holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; OR with five years regular service in the Stenographer/ Personal Assistant grade in Level-6 of the Pay Matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.
45. Assistant – For Deputation:
Officers under the Central/ State/ U.T. Governments/ Universities/ Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations i. holding analogous posts on regular basis, OR with 6 years regular service in Level-4 of the Pay Matrix in the relevant field and possessing following educational qualification: (a) Graduate degree from a recognized university. (b) Knowledge of operating computer.
46. Security Officer – For Deputation:
Central/State/UT Governments or Officers of the Armed Forces including Para Military Forces, holding analogous posts or with six years regular service in a post in Level-5 of the Pay Matrix or above.
47. Upper Division Clerk – For Deputation:
Officers under the Central/State /UT Governments/Universities / Statutory, Autonomous Bodies/ Research and Development Organizations: i. holding analogous posts on regular basis, OR with 8 years regular service in Level-2 of the Pay Matrix
48. Joint Director (Admin) – For direct recruitment:
i. Master Degree in Business Administration (HR)/Public Administration or equivalent with minimum 55% marks from recognized Institute/University ii. Minimum 15 years’ regular service in Administration/ Establishment/ Vigilance etc. in a Central/State Government/Autonomous Bodies/CPSEs organizations
49. Sr. Administrative Officer – For direct recruitment:
i. A Degree/Post Graduate Degree from a recognized university.
ii. At least 3 years’ experience in Administration, vigilance, legal, accounts/budget in Level-7/Level-8 of the Pay Matrix in Central/State Govt/ Autonomous Bodies/PSUs.
iii. Computer Skills
50. Assistant Store Officer – For direct recruitment:

How to Apply?
a) The aspiring applicants satisfying the eligibility criteria in all respect can submit their application
only through ONLINE mode. The Online registration of application will be made available on AIIA
Recruitment Portal i.e. https://www.aiiarecruitment.org. The link for submission of online
applications in respect of aforesaid posts along with other relevant information will be notified on
the website.
b) A one-time registration process is required to be completed before applying for a post on the
Recruitment Portal. A valid mobile number and e-mail id are required for the same.
c) After registration, the profile of the candidate is created by filling up of relevant information and uploading of corresponding documents. Subsequently, candidates can apply against an advertised
post by filling up post-specific information. On successful payment of applicable Application Fee,
the form will be submitted and a confirmation message will be sent on registered mobile and email.
d) No documents including online application form is required to be sent physically. However, all the
applicants are advised to keep a copy of online application form with them, along with proof of
payment (a copy of challan /online payment receipt) for their record.
e) Candidate applying for more than one post must submit separate applications for each post.
f) The candidature of such applicants who fails to complete the online application submission by the
stipulated date and time will not be considered and no correspondence in this regard will be
entertained.
g) The Candidate must ensure that their recent Photo and Signature should be clearly visible in
preview at the time of filling of application in online mode. If photo/signature image is displayed
small or not visible in preview on website, the same should be resubmitted as per prescribed
norms
