Educational Qualification:
Advisor (Legal):
Essential Qualification & Experience:
1. Any Graduate
2. Preferably MBA(HR)/LLB
3. Minimum experience of 20 years in relevant field.
Experience:
1. 20 Years of experience of departmental legal cases, related admin, HR, procurement, departmental proceeding and court cases etc.
Assistant (Procurement):
Essential Qualification & Experience
1. B. Com or any Graduate
2. Minimum experience of 3 years in relevant field.
Desirable Requisites:
1. Having exposure and working experience in procurement.
2. Knowledge of government finance rules, procurement manual, activities relating to request for proposal, sealed bid and price quotes.
3. Correspond with vendor regarding prices, product availability, and delivery.
4. Good knowledge of MS0office, MS word, Excel, PPT.
Assistant (Admin):
Essential Qualification & Experience
1. Graduate, MBA/ PGDM/ equivalent.
2. Minimum short hand typing speed of 50 w.p.m.
3. Minimum experience of 3 years in relevant field.
Experience:
2. Good knowledge of English.
3. Managing and organizing diaries, scheduling appointment, meeting and events.
4. Good knowledge of drafting noting, MS-office, MS world, Excel, PPT etc.
5. Marinating filing, databases and filling system.
6. Transcribing from dictation.
7. Coordination with various agencies for the smooth office operations.
Personal Assistant (Secretarial work):
Essential Qualification & Experience
1. Graduate with sound knowledge of Graduate, MBA/ PGDM/ equivalent.
2. Minimum short hand typing speed of 80 w.p.m.
3. Minimum experience of 3 years in relevant field.
Experience:
1. Good knowledge of English.
2. Managing and organizing diaries, scheduling appointment, meeting and events.
3. Good knowledge of drafting noting, MS-office, MS world, Excel, PPT etc.
4. Marinating filing, databases and filling system.
5. Transcribing from dictation.
6. Coordination with various agencies for the smooth office operations.
Accounts Assistant:
Essential Qualification & Experience
1. B. Com or any Graduate
2. Minimum experience of 3 years in relevant field.
3. Knowledge of Tally
Desirable Requisites:
03 Years knowledge of working oncomputers and accounting. Preference will be given to CA
