2. விண்ணப்பத்துடன் முன்னுரிமை சான்றின் நகல் இணைக்கப்பட வேண்டும் .
3. விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் தங்களது கல்வித்தகுதி சான்றிதழ்கள் நகல்களில் சுயசான்றொப்பம் செய்து விண்ணப்பத்துடன் இணைத்து அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும்.
4. பரிசீலனையில் விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் அளித்த தகவல்கள் தவறு என கண்டறியப்பட்டால் அவரது விண்ணப்பம் நிராகரிக்கப்படும் .
5. விண்ணப்பங்களை 21.09.2022 அன்று மாலை 5.45 மணிக்குள் கீழ்க்கண்ட முகவரிக்கு அனுப்ப வேண்டும் .
